Monday

We got up later and ate breakfast. We drove to Switzerland, stopping here and there. We drove up through the middle of the Alps. Wow I thought I had seen high mountains. We’ve been to the Alps before when we went to “Eagles Nest” (Hitler’s hideout) but it still takes your breath away every time!!  It’s supposed to be sunny tomorrow and the best day to take the train trip to the “Top of Europe”. Its 5 hours round trip and cost 190 Swiss Franc’s each. We will see the “Eiger” and the “Jungfrau” (the highest point or “Top of Europe”.) Hopefully it’s a nice clear day then we should be able to see Germany and the Black Forrest! We walked around “Interlacken” and ate dinner. We will go back on Wednesday to check out the town more. We have to get up early to catch the train up the mountain so I’m going to bed. I’m tired!
